HEyyloo!!

Well, basically i've been having loads of problems with streamyx broadband. Specially on Saturday i couldn't get online at all! arghh.. So i called streamyx to complain and i did my thing la. I finally got back the connection at night. But i realized that the connection was like...friggin slow. I was too lazy to call streamyx again or anything so i just leave with it. However the next day which is a Sunday , at night. I got fed up . I did a bandwidth test and shockingly...i was only downloading at an average of 600KBPS!?!?! which is freaking slow. Becoz i suscribe for 1 MB.

I decided to write an email to tmnet streamyx. hahahaha! this is the email i wrote:

Hi Streamyx customer care,

I am here to lodge a complain regarding the service that i am getting . Firstly, I am paying RM88 to get a 1mb connection. Everytime i go to do a bandwidth test the maximum connection speed that i am getting is an average of 600kbps. This is very dissapointing. I've called the service hotline several times to complain about this matter. All your service agents can say is '' Streamyx is used too widely in Malaysia therefore we canot give you a high connection speed close to 1mb'' . What kind of nonsense excuse is this?? The fact is I am paying for a connection package that is supposingly supplying 1mb. Please look into this matter. I am not the only one who feels this way. I am also very tempted to change my broadband ISP to p1 Wimax if this issue is not resolved as soon as possible. I'd rather pay slighty more to get connection speed that the company says they give and get fully out of it rather then pay for something I'm not getting fully.

Please urgently look into this matter . Thank you.

HAHAHHHA! and guess what. On Monday afternoon they called me and was asking la...Hi mr.Wyman how is your connection today? LOL! and i said ''i haven't been online yet call me tmr to ask again.'' actually already tested and it was much faster. =P just wanna jual mahal abit laaa. Then today again they called! haahaha! ''good morning Mr.Wyman, i'm calling again to check on your streamyx connection. Is the connection ok already?'' pitty the fella la...hahaha...so i said ''wassup baby! LOL! (no i din't) Yeah...it's faster already now. thank you! i hope the connection stays this way''. =D

aahaha. Looks like streamyx are pretty desperate to keep their customers. Well, i don't blame them since there's so many other good competitive broadband companies already in the business. HOHOHO
